The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui recently announced the appointment of Jasper Yun as director of group sales. In his position, Yun will oversee a team of four sales managers, as well as all group sales efforts for the all-suite and villa luxury resort.
Yun has nearly 20 years’ experience in hospitality sales, beginning his career at Mauna Kea Resort as the guest service manager. Shortly after, Yun transferred to Maui Prince Hotel, starting as the assistant executive housekeeper and moving into the positions of catering and convention services manager and later to sales manager. In July 2007, The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui appointed Yun as group sales manager, where he has focused on the West Coast market for the past seven years.
“I’m thrilled to continue my tenure at The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui,” said Yun in a written release. “I look forward to leading our dynamic group sales team into a very successful 2015 and beyond.”
