“Whether through an innovative food & beverage promotion or through the arts with renowned painter, such as Wyland, Four Seasons Resorts Lanai is actively engaged in raising awareness and funding for cancer research,” said Tom Roelens, general manager at Four Seasons Resorts Lanai, in a written release. “Our team is committed to the cause and we work closely with the Lanai Cancer Foundation to support members of our local community through funding and support.”

Inspired by Manele Bay’s three distinct restaurants – ONE FORTY American Steak Hawaiian Seafood, Kailani, and the Sports Bar, Assistant Pastry Chef Jeremy Choo, created a selection of flavorful desserts that may be enjoyed either as a trio or individually.  The “Pink Trio” features a Raspberry Cheesecake Lollypop, Raspberry Lychee French Macaroon, and a Vanilla Almond Cupcake.

The “Pink Trio” is $10 or $4 for an individual serving.  Think pink and support the cause this October.  For more information, or for the recipe, visit Four Seasons Resorts Lanai’s Facebook page.
