Hawaiian Airlines reportedly led the nation’s carriers in punctuality and faced the fewest flight cancellations in October, as reported by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) with the release of its monthly Air Travel Consumer Report.
Hawaiian completed the month of October as the nation’s top-ranked airline for on-time performance, with 95.4 percent of its flights arriving on schedule.
In addition, Hawaiian did well during October in achieving the industry’s top ranking for fewest cancelled flights, with only one cancellation out of 5,529 total flights, or less than 0.1 percent.
