Favorite Maui Restaurant
Cheesburger in Paradise

The food is nothing special, but this is a noisy, fun place for the entire family.

Favorite Kauai Restaurant
Dukes Canoe Club at the Kauai Marriott

3610 Rice St., Lihue (8089) 246-9599
The salad bar, which comes with the meal, makes normally bland salad bar items like potato salad, pasta salad, and cole slaw phenomenal, as is the hand tossed Caesar salad. Great fish dishes and good ambiance. The Barefoot Bar downstairs is also a popular gathering place.

Favorite Big Island Restaurant
Roy's Waikoloa Bar & Grill
250 Waikoloa Beach Dr., Waikoloa (808) 886-4321
European techniques and Asian cuisine met Hawaiian hospitality under the deft touch of Roy Yamaguchi. He was one of the first people to serve “Hawaiian Fusion”(tm) cuisine in the islands—and he has been so successful that he has copyrighted the term.
