Outrigger has made some changes to the Outrigger Hospitality Specialist Learning Center on its travel agent website, www.OutriggerAgent.com.
Enhancements include a more visual platform utilizing flash, new photography and easier-to-read type. More information on each of the Outrigger properties, their features and amenities has been included. In addition to property information, sidebars include insider tips on things to do and see within each destination for agents to share with their clients.
The new Oahu Island and Neighbor Island courses are currently available online. A Maui island course will be introduced in April, with the course on the Outrigger luxury resorts in Asia Pacific and Australia available in June. To celebrate the re-launch of the Learning Center, Specialists who successfully complete the Oahu and Neighbor Island courses before 5pm HST April 13 will receive 100 Outrigger Hospitality Bonus Specialist Reward Points, double the normal 50 points. (Note: The offer is valid only to first-time course takers.)
Additional benefits for Specialists include personalized welcome amenities for clients upon check-in, invitations to exclusive events and fam trips, monthly e-newsletter and access to a personal online center to manage their accounts, report bookings, and redeem points.
