Pacific Aviation Museum Preps for December Debut

Preparations are continuing in Honolulu for the December 7 opening of the Pacific Aviation Museum. Just joining the museum's collection is a Mitsubishi/Nakajima A6M2-21 Zero warplane. The new museum, located on Ford Island in historic Pearl Harbor, will feature displays of World War II aircraft and interpretations of the battles in the Pacific. It will include three hangars and a control tower; Ford Island itself still bears visible reminders of the attack that brought the U.S. into WWII. Visit [www.pacificaviationmuseum.org].
