Prince Resorts Hawaii Appoints New Vice President

Prince Resorts Hawaii has a new vice president. Based in Honolulu, Greg Dickhens will assist in the strategic planning of Prince Resorts Hawaii, including the repositioning of resort assets and the development of new real estate opportunities.

Most recently, Dickhens served as president and senior advisor of Kyo-ya Company, where he coordinated the financial, redevelopment and value enhancement strategies for seven Starwood Hotels and Resorts properties, including the Sheraton Waikiki Resort and The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort. Prior to joining Kyo-ya Company, he was chief financial officer of Vail Resorts Development Company and also was vice president of development for Hilton Hotels Corporation.

Raised in Hawaii, Dickhens graduated from Punahou School and received a bachelor of science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration as well as a master’s degree in business administration from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.

Dickhens is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and has been active in numerous local organizations including Hawaii Business Roundtable, Waikiki Improvement Association, After School All-Stars and Gift Foundation of Hawaii.
