Turtle Bay Resort recently announced that Brad Doell, director of sales and marketing, has been elected to the board of the directors for the Oahu Visitors Bureau. He begins his position this month and will serve for a minimum of one year.
A travel industry veteran, Doell has more than 25 years of experience in marketing, sales and operations. He joined Turtle Bay Resort in February 2015 and has been instrumental in leading marketing strategies for the resort including the culmination of its $50 million renovation.
Prior to joining Turtle Bay Resort, Doell held director of sales and marketing positions at Hilton Orange County and The St. Regis Monarch Beach in Southern California. Doell first joined Hawaii’s travel industry in 2005 as director of sales and marketing at Sheraton Kona Resort at Keauhou Bay. He then transferred over to Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa as the director of sales and marketing from 2009-2012.
