The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has announced a new partnership with Tihany Design, Daun Curry and Richmond International to develop a new luxury room category, the Boulevard Penthouses

Slated to debut at the end of the year, the 21 new suites will provide views of the Las Vegas skyline, unique design elements and access to a Private Gaming Salon. The new suites will be situated on the top floors of the resort’s Boulevard Tower, and will range in size from 2,000 square feet to 5,000 square feet. The three design teams will each create seven unique designs.

The Private Gaming Salon, meanwhile, will be done in a style meant to feel like “007 meets The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas,” the resort said. It will have an Art Deco look with bold, bright colored furniture and accessories against textured wood wall panels. The penthouse level corridors will sport a sleek, modern look anchored by custom carpeting evocative of a mosaic design that guides guests to the elevator lobbies, which are decorated with textured glass and white tiles.
