Downtown Grand Las Vegas Offers Package for National Museum MonthMay 12, 2014 By: Newswire
Downtown Grand Las Vegas is celebrating National Museum Month in May with a special "Grand Museums" package that is good through August 31.
Beginning at $93 per night (two-night minimum), guests will receive a deluxe room for two, two tickets to The Mob Museum and a choice of either two tickets to the Neon Museum or two tickets to the Las Vegas Natural History Museum. The Mob Museum is located across Stewart Avenue from Downtown Grand, and a hotel shuttle is available to transfer guests to the Neon Museum and Las Vegas Natural History Museum, both located a few blocks away on Las Vegas Boulevard North.
“We couldn’t be more proud to be part of such a culturally dynamic community,” said Seth Schorr, CEO, Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino. “It’s our hope all our guests get out and explore our nearby museums and other distinctive attractions—not only during the month of May, but throughout the year.”
In addition, Downtown Grand will partner with The Mob Museum to offer two summer packages that will be available beginning in May through September, based on availability. With prices starting at $170, the “Ain’t It Grand” package includes two room nights at Downtown Grand, dinner for two at Triple George Grill, drinks for two at MOB BAR or Art Bar and two tickets to The Mob Museum. The second package, dubbed “Oscar’s Vegas,” includes all these amenities, plus a private driving tour of downtown Las Vegas with the famous former Mob attorney and Las Vegas Mayor Oscar B. Goodman, complete with a round of martinis. Priced at $10,000, this experience may be reserved by calling The Mob Museum directly at (702) 229-2734.
