MR CHOW at Caesars Palace
MR CHOW is an internationally known restaurant, and it is now open at Caesars Palace. Guests enter this posh eatery through a set of private elevators located on the casino floor. Diners will enjoy a view of the Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis, while enjoying signature dishes in a family-style environment. We hear that the chicken satay, green prawns and hand-pulled MR CHOW noodles are the dishes to order. However, the star of the menu is the Beijing duck, enjoy. Tip: MR CHOW has four private dining rooms that can accommodate 50 guests each. It is also possible to buy out the whole restaurant for up to 250 guests.
Virgil’s Real Barbeque at The LINQ Promenade
Virgil’s Real Barbeque has locations in New York City and in The Bahamas, and it is set open a restaurant in Las Vegas this summer. Alicart Restaurant Group will open this 14,000-square foot eatery at The LINQ Hotel & Casino. Virgil’s will be complete with nightly live music, three outdoor spaces, including a poolside patio and seating for up to 300 guests. If this location has the same menu as the other two, we will be ordering the chicken & ribs combo with a side of the popular cheddar cheese grits.
STK Sunday Brunch Club at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
This coming Sunday, STK will host its first Sunday Brunch Club. The vibe will be relaxed with energetic music, fine food and, of course, cocktails. We like the idea of the coffee cart and the build your bottomless Bloody Mary bar. As for what to order, how does vanilla bean waffles and pork belly benedict sound? Brunch here runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., so go ahead sleep in.

Las Vegas’ original ice bar, Minus5, is getting a makeover. The renovated bar recently opened and includes 120 tons of fresh Canadian ice. Brigg’s Oyster Co. at the Suncoast Hotel and Casino
At Brigg's guests get to sit along the exhibition kitchen at this new dining experience in northwest Las Vegas. Here the items to order are the pan roasts and the steamers. For those not looking for oysters, there are daily seafood specials. We also think the lobster mac and cheese and the fish tacos sound like excellent starters.
Hong Kong Café at The Palazzo Las Vegas
The anticipated Hong Kong Café is now open and it is serving lunch, dinner and late-night dishes. This eatery is located on the casino floor and serves Asian cuisine and Western fare. Before hitting the casino tables try the Macau-style roasted pork belly or the fried fish ball with curry. The café also serves Cantonese, Taiwanese, Vietnamese, Szechuan cuisine.
