Former NBA player Jackie Robinson said this week that he plans to construct a $1.3 billion arena and hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.
The name of the property has yet to be determined but it is tentatively called the All Net Arena and Resort, and will be built on the Las Vegas Strip, between SLS Las Vegas Hotel Casino and the Fontainebleau.

The World Class Arena has four levels with 862,500 sq. ft. of space, and a retractable roof. The arena will be able to seat 22,000 people for basketball, 21,600 for hockey, boxing and rodeo, and 22,800 for concerts and conventions. It will also include a restaurant and nightclub.
Robinson says it is privately funded, and construction will break ground next spring and an expected completion date in 2016.
