Glutton to Open in Downtown Las Vegas in January 2015

While the exact date has yet to be released, it has been announced that Chef Bradley Manchester will be opening Glutton, a venue rooted in New American cuisine that is expected to open in downtown Las Vegas sometime in January 2015.

Situated in a renovated midcentury building located on Carson Avenue, the restaurant will showcase the structure’s original oak ceilings, along with stained concrete flooring, exposed brick walls, and a solid stone chef’s counter. Open for lunch and dinner, as well as for Sunday brunch, the restaurant can serve roughly 78 guests indoors, and an additional 25 outdoors, on the patio.

The menu will feature savory meats, locally-sourced produce, housemade pasta, and seafood from the Pacific Northwest. Items from the wood-burning oven like roasted sea bream with fennel seed, concord grape, cara cara orange and white balsamic, and arugula and almond wood-fired flatbread topped with goat cheese, robiola, shishito, honey and pesto, are a just a couple of menu staples patrons can anticipate. Other highlights include an assortment of custom herb and green mixes from local farms Glutton has partnered with.

The bar is to serve barrel-aged cocktails; six craft beers on draught, and several varieties of beer and cider in bottles and cans; along with wines-by-the bottle and by-the glass.
