Three stars, the top rating, were awarded to Joël Robuchon (pictured) at MGM Grand (www.mgmgrand.com). Picasso at Bellagio (www.bellagio.com), Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace (www.harrahs.com) and Alex at Wynn Las Vegas (www.wynnlasvegas.com) all received two stars.
