New Year's Eve is quickly approaching, and for those who are looking for more than just cardboard party hats and streamers, Las Vegas has an array of of options for the celebration. From nightclubs to concerts to fine dining and special events for the kids, Las Vegas has it.

Nightclubs

Snoopadelic Cabaret with Snoop Dogg at Tao at The Venetian -- In this Roaring 20s theme party with period-influenced entertainment, guests will have the opportunity to see Snoop. He will perform as himself as well as DJ Snoopadelic. Hors d'oeuvres will be served from 9pm to 12am and premium open bar will be available from 9-11pm. Tickets are $75 for females and $125 for males. Guests must be 21 and older.

Drake at Marquee at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas-- Tickets include a champagne toast at midnight, a two-hour premium open bar from 9pm to 11pm and hors d’oeuvres from 9pm to midnight. The Price starts at $100 for females and $150 for males. Guests must be 21 and older.

Light at Mandalay Bay with Nicky Romero and Alesso -- Nicky Romero and Swedish DJ/producer Alesso are headlining this two-night celebration. Tickets start at $30.

108 Tower Party at the Stratosphere Tower Observation Deck -- This New Year's Eve bash is hosted by pinup star Claire Sinclair. The four-hour party offers a brand bar, food, dancing, DJ Mac performing and a champagne toast. The event also includes reception-style food stations and a chocolate fondue fountain for $249 per person. The party starts at 8:30pm. Guests must be 21 and older.

Level 107 Lounge Party at Stratosphere -- The three-hour open bar at Stratosphere’s Level 107 Lounge will offer a champagne toast, DJ Deszie performing, party favors and an appetizer cash menu from Top of the World kitchen. Prices start at $199. Guests must be 21 and older.

Ghostbar at The Palms Casino Resort -- The hosted bar is $175, which includes front of line admission and open bar from 10pm to 1am. The open bar includes well vodka, barcardi, Don Julio, Bud Light and Red Bull. $100 for general admission. Event begins at 8pm and goes until 2am. Guests must be 21 and older.

Chateau Nightclub and Gardens at The Paris Hotel -- Tickets start at $20 for women and $40 for men. There is an open bar from 9pm to 12am with a champagne toast at midnight for $99. The club includes three rooms, including a roof top, all featuring different types music.

Concerts

Tony Bennet and Lady Gaga at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas -- The concert will celebrate their single "Cheek to Cheek". Prices start at $125 with VIP packages available.

Maroon 5 at Mandalay Bay Events Center -- The show will also feature special guest Rozzi Crane. Two shows are available, on December 30 and 31. Shows start at 8pm and ticket prices start at $99.50.

Michael Feinstein at Smith Center -- This performance by Michael Feinstein will feature Broadway performer Laura Osnes and Jessica Sanchez from “American Idol”. Tickets start at $49. Show starts at 7:30pm.

Bars and Street Events

Carlos N Charlies Las Vegas at the Flamingo LV -- This Mexican restaurant and bar offering all you can drink open bar from 10pm to 3am. The price starts at $35, plus fees.

Gilleys -- This restaurant will include an open bar from 9pm-midnight, live country rock music and party favors. BBQ and bull rides will be available for purchase.

Hard Rock Café – The Hard Rock Cafe will host “Rockstar NYE” on the Vegas strip, with light shows, DJs and a front-row seat for the fireworks. Tickets start at $100 for entry or $150 for open bar from 9pm to 12am. The party lasts until 4am.

Freemont Street Experience at Freemont Street -- The Freemont Street Experience is a five-block pedestrian promenade, including sites like Binion’s Horseshoe and the Golden Nugget. The New Year's Eve party includes nine hours of music from 6pm to 3am, with performances on two stages from 12 tribute bands, several lightshows, a countdown led by Mayor Carolyn Goodman and fireworks (both virtual and real). Tickets are $30 before December 26, and then $40 after.

America’s Party on the Las Vegas Strip -- The Las Vegas Strip shuts down traffic at 5pm when it becomes open to pedestrians only. A fireworks show will launch from seven different hotel casinos. Vegas does not have an "open container" law, permitting guests to enjoy a cocktail on the Strip at this event.

Restaurants

Top of the World Restaurant at the Stratosphere Tower -- The restaurant includes revolving 360-degree views every 80 minutes. Five-course dining includes items such as braised beef short rib with star anise reduction, lobster bisque with lemon mascarpone cream and desert. In addition, there will be party favors, cash bar and a sweet surprise to take home. Reservations are available from 5pm to 11:30pm in two-hour seating blocks. Price is $299 per person.

Andre’s Restaurant and Cigar Bar -- On New Year's Eve, this establishment will offer a five-course menu that includes dishes such as fried oysters, duck foie gras, Brasied Veal Cheek Lentil Cassoulet, Roasted Pheasant Breast, Butternut Squash Ravioli, and a desert trio feauting Valrhona Chocolate Pot de Crème. Tax, beverage and graituity are not included.

B&B Ristorante at the Venetian -- This restaurant will offer three menus with classic Italian New Year’s dishes. The first menu, the “NYE Tasting Menu,”  includes items like oysters and caviar, veal carpaccio, risotto, veal finanziera alla Piemontese, and Italian cheese cart service for $250. The Tradizonale menu includes some items such as antipasti, pasta, a whole grilled branzino for the table, a meat option and dessert for $165. The Prefisso menu includes antipasti, lobster spaghetti or gnocchi with wild boar ragu, braised short rib al Barolo, grilled sirloin steak with endive and “Brown and Blue Butter” and  for $115.

Andrea’s at Encore in The Wynn -- The dinner tasting menu will include chestnut soup with white truffle, chef’s assortment of kanburi sushi, king crab, Japanese tai snapper with Brussels sprouts, Japanese A5 sirloin with black truffle and dessert. The menu is priced at $275, not including gratuity and tax, and it is available at 9pm. The menu includes a complimentary glass of champagne and reduced admission into Surrender nightclub.

Carnevino at The Palazzo Hotel -- On New Year's Eve this restaurant will offer four menus. The Chef’s Tasting Menu includes items like dry aged beef tortellini, dry aged bisteco di Fiorentina and chocolate cake for $195. The Menu Tradizionale includes antipasti, dry aged ribeye or capo filetto for the table, and peanut butter torta or cheesecake for $165. A Prix Fixe menu is available and includes items like antipasti, an eight-ounce filet mignon, turbot, and dessert choice of tiramisu or gelato for $135. The Prefisso menu includes antipasti, an eight-ounce filet mignon, roasted game hen and selection of gelato or sorbetti for $75.

Kid-Friendly 

Recycled Percussion at The Quad Resort & Casino at the Q Theatre -- This interactive show gives guests drumsticks with an instrument to be involved with the show. Tickets start at $43.00 for General Admission. The show starts at 7pm.

Cirque Du Soleil Show “O” at the Bellagio’s O Theatre -- For this aquatic themed show, tickets start at $98.50. Show times are 4pm and 7:30pm. Children under 5 are not permitted.

Cirque Du Soleil Show KA  at the MGM Grand’s KA Theatre -- For this martial arts and puppetry themed show, tickets start at $81 for adults and $34.50 for children ages 5-12. Shows start at 4:30pm and 7:00pm. Children under 5 are not permitted.

Tournament of Kings at Excalibur Dinner Show -- Horses, jousting, knights, maidens and fireworks abound in this competitive dinner show. General admission includes a three-course dinner, and children under 3 are free (and share a meal with an adult). Show times are 6:00pm and 8:30pm. There is a Dinnerless Admission as well for $44.35, which is only available for the 8:30pm show.

Ice Arena at Cosmopolitan -- Ice skating runs from 12pm-12am. Tickets are $15 for all day passes, $10 for Nevada locals and $5 for skate rentals.
