New “Real Food” Menu to Debut at Off The Strip at the LINQ

Las Vegas StripStarting December 24, a new “Real Food” menu will debut at Off the Strip, a two-story bar and bistro at the LINQ Promenade. The restaurant will be open 24 hours a day, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and will feature menus that change seasonally.

The original venue, founded in 2007 in the Southern Highlands area, was a favorite local haunt known for its steaks, chops, seafood, and pasta dishes. The LINQ location will offer many signature menu items, including sliders, grilled sirloin burgers, eggplant parmesan, shrimp scampi, beef Wellington, and Al’s Rigatoni (named after one of the restaurant’s founders, late Chef Al Hubbard). In addition, root beer floats, Al’s cheesecake and double chocolate sundaes are a few of the dessert options that will be featured on the rotating menu. A new “Fresh & Fit” breakfast menu will also be available, where diners can order such plates as hummus and vegetables, grilled Alaskan salmon filet and roast chicken with potatoes and grilled squash.

Situated on the Promenade at The LINQ, Off the Strip, as its name indicates, lets out onto the Las Vegas Strip, and will offer both indoor and outdoor seating to its guests. The latter will also have direct access to The LINQ Hotel & Casino and The High Roller, the world’s tallest observation wheel.
