CUT restaurant, whose original location is still going strong at the Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel, in Beverly Hills, CA. 

The menu at the Las Vegas location provides “a contemporary twist on the classic steakhouse,” but another main attraction will be the restaurant’s bar and lounge (think: custom cocktails and appetizers, such as Mini Kobe Sliders and Tuna Tartare Sandwiches).
