Report: Las Vegas' Quad to Reopen as the Linq This October (VIDEO)

Caesars Entertainment has announced a $223 million transformation for the Quad Resort & Casino, the LA Times reports. On October 30, the hotel will become the Linq Hotel & Casino, part of the Linq shopping, dining and night life complex. 

The renovated hotel will have 2,256 rooms, a number which will include 204 suites and 29 cabana suites that directly access a redone pool deck area. The hotel will also have a signature lobby bar and a connection to The Linq's 12 restaurants, eight bars, 14 shops and two concert venues. Additionally, some rooms will overlook the recently opened High Roller observation wheel.

The Quad will remain open during the transition. The Linq is now accepting reservations for stays starting October 30.
