TV On The Radio and Arctic Monkeys, along with special guest Smith Westerns, will play the Boulevard Pool at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas on Friday, December 23 at 8:30 p.m.

Tickets go on sale Friday, June 17, and general admission tickets are $37.50. A limited number of premium cabanas are also available.

Based in Brooklyn, TV On The Radio formed in 2001 with members Tunde Adebimpe, Kyp Malone, Dave Sitek and Jaleel Bunton. With distorted guitars, reverberating bass and dramatic direction changes two or three times per song, their style is an eclectic range from post-punk to electro and free jazz to soul music. They are touring in support of their latest album, April 2011’s Nine Types of Light, hailed by Rolling Stone as “pure heaven.”

Formed in 2002 by Jamie Cook, Matt Helders, Nick O’Malley and Alex Turner, Arctic Monkeys enjoyed a meteoric rise to success shortly after their first show in 2003 in Sheffield. Their latest album, Suck it And See, is a filmic but intimate work that captures the feel-good sound of California.

Special guests Smith Westerns have toured with acts as diverse as MGMT, Florence and the Machine, Belle and Sebastian, Girls and Passion Pit since Cullen Omori, Max Kakacek and Cameron Omori formed the band in 2007. Released at the beginning of 2011, their latest album is Dye it Blonde.

The Boulevard Pool at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas is a multilevel pool by day and a concert venue by night, featuring unobstructed views of both the stays and the Strip.
