Not long after the Michael Jackson memorial tribute, lawyers were already back in their offices sorting through the mess of his finances and future earning power. The first issue in question is what to do about a proposed museum?

The idea to have it at Jackson's Neverland Ranch in Santa Barbara, CA, was quickly nixed due to its inconvenient location down a winding country road and the inevitable traffic that will infest Santa Barbara. Instead, Las Vegas was proposed since the city is already more than well-equipped to handle as many as 45 million visitors a year.

It is Tom Barrack, owner of Hilton versus John Branca, head of Jackson's estate lawyers, who are waging this battle between Neverland and Sin City. The two plus bankers and Jackson's family are preparing their positions to face each other in court.
