March 26, 2012 By: Adam Leposa

The Hyatt Regency Atlanta has undergone a $65 million transformation that includes the property’s 22-story atrium lobby, guestrooms, meeting spaces and three new restaurants and self-service cafés.

The new lobby features pod-style desks and custom art created from brass key fob replicas. The new guestrooms boast a signature carpet design inspired by the Flora Raris sculpture in the lobby, wall coverings, drapes, artwork, 37-inch LCD flat-panel TVs, iHome dual alarm clock radios, energy-efficient fixtures and bath areas with new tile flooring, granite vanities, energy-efficient lighting and low-flush toilets.

New dining options include the Southern-influenced Sway restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, after-meeting bar Twenty Two Storys and Market, a 24-hour self-serve for quick meals, snacks and bottles of wine to go.
