The Park City Mountain Resort has been ranked number 4 out of the 5 best ski resorts by the readers of SKI Magazine while also being recognized as "North America's #1 resort for access."
Meanwhile, TransWorld Snowboarding magazine ranks the resort its number 2 overall resorts and puts its terrain parks among the top five in North America. Freeskier magazine also ranks the resort number 10 overall and its terrain parks number 2 in North America.

The resort is connected to the lodging, restaurants, bars and shopping of Park City’s historic Main Street by the Town Lift, which provides ski-in/ski-out access from Main Street to the mountain. Park City Mountain Resort is also a short 35-minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport, where seven airlines and their affiliates run 626 scheduled daily flights serving more than 90 cities with nonstop flights, according to the airport’s website.
Park City Mountain Resort boasts four terrain parks, including two new additions this season: Little Kings park for beginners and Neff Land, a collaboration with the the Neff Headwear design team. The resort is also home to two half pipes, the 22-foot Eagle Superpipe and, new this season, the 13-foot Merrill Minipipe. The Park City All Star team, the resort’s team of professional free skiers and snowboarders, is made up of some of the biggest names in winter action sports.
Park City Mountain Resort will also host accomplished half pipe skiers and snowboarders for competitions at the Eagle Superpipe in December that will help begin the qualifying process for the 2014 Winter Games.
