The West Paces Hotel Group will manage Arizona's Carefree Resort & Villas. The 465-room property caters to leisure travelers and groups with golf and tennis facilities, swimming pools, restaurants, a fitness center and full-service spa. Carefree also has an opera house on site. Bill Eider-Orley has been tapped as vice president and managing director for the resort.
