Courtyard by Marriott is making its debut in Vietnam in 2010.
The 200-room Courtyard by Marriott Ham Tan will be located on beachfront property in the area of La Gi, around three hours from Ho Chi Minh City. Part of a mixed-use development, the first phase of the property will include a residential component. Later on additional hotels, more residential units, a golf course and golf villas will be added.
Guests can dine at Courtyard's signature MoMo Cafe, at the pool bar & grill or the lobby lounge.
The hotel will also include function space, a pool area, recreational pavilion, and spa with six treatment rooms.
