Also included are three Antigua resorts: Galley Bay, an exotic and private cottage-filled property; St. James's Club and Villas, a 100-acre estate with a social club-like ambiance set between two beaches near English Harbour; and The Verandah, a new intimate upscale retreat that will open in June 2007.

Agents should contact liaison JanineHills, the company's dedicated coordinator and group travel manager, to make arrangements. Call 800-858-4618 ext. 126, or e-mail her at [email protected].

Advance planning is ideal; EliteIslands allows just one wedding a day at each property, so couples should begin making arrangements once they've chosen a wedding date.

"I would recommend at least eight months in advance for wedding planning, guests bookings and possibly doing a site inspection prior to the wedding," says Hill.
