Palace Resorts Offers Wedding Ceremony Jewish Traditions

Cozumel, MexicoPalace Resorts now offers a wider variety of wedding ceremonials including those for the Jewish faith.

Palace Resorts has partnered with an experienced reform rabbi who has extensive background in conducting interfaith marriages as well as Jewish ceremonies at any Palace Resorts property. The rabbi will help couples design a ceremony that is right for them, working to select readings, rituals and prayers. The rabbi will also include customs that are common to both traditions, such as blessings over wine, or lighting a Unity Candle. He will also guide couples in choosing inclusive activities such as the handshake of peace, or joining hands to sing a song and wish the couple well.

“Regardless of the faith of the bride and groom, Palace Resorts seeks to take the stress out of planning a destination wedding by honoring timeless traditions and ensuring the wedding ceremony is inclusive and comfortable for all sides of a wedding party from the family to friends and guests,” said Gibran Chapur, executive vice President of Palace Resorts.

Palace Resorts recently partnered with the Colin Cowie Wedding Collection. It is available at any of the six resort properties starting at $1,500. The nine Colin Cowie Wedding Collections at Palace Resorts feature chic designs, including options such as Exotic Peacock, Romantic Red, Sultry Sunset and Pure White.
