Affinion Group Selects Travelport

Travelport has made a long-term agreement with Affinion Group, a leader in loyalty travel redemption for many financial services, retail, travel and Internet commerce firms. Under the agreement, Travelport will continue as Affinion Group’s preferred and primary travel technology partner providing access to travel content including air, hotel, car rental and cruise lines via its Worldspan platform.

The agreement also provides Affinion Group with multiple strategic solutions including industry leading e-Pricing, to ensure travellers have the most advanced tools for shopping low fares; Travelport Rapid Reprice, an automated ticket repricing product, XML Pro, a Web Services solution enabling fast and efficient interface with Worldspan and the exchange of structured data and Travelport Universal API, the GDS industry’s first application programming interface (API) that offers the power and capacity to aggregate travel content and related services from multiple sources through a single interface:
