Kenya Tourism today announced that it is cutting entry visa fees in half from April 1 of this year through the end of 2010 in an attempt to attract more travelers. Fees for children under 16 will be completely removed. The new visa cost will be $25, down from $50.
“With beautiful beaches and thrilling safaris, Kenya has a lot to offer families." said Kenya's Minister of Tourism, the Honorable Najib Balala. "This scheme will help to keep costs down for all when planning a trip to our diverse country and particularly benefit those travelling with children."
