Ana will open a new flight route from Houston, Texas, to Narita Airport in Tokyo. Ana’s joint venture partner United Airlines uses Houston as one of its biggest hubs. Also, the new flight will improve Ana’s access to passengers in South America through code-sharing with United.
“We are very pleased to be launching a new international service from Tokyo to Houston,” said president and CEO of Ana, Osamu Shinobe. "Houston will be our tenth destination in North America and will provide a great gateway to Central and South America from Japan and many other Asian countries.”
Ana will also increase the amount of flights between Tokyo and Singapore and Bangkok with twice-daily service from Narita Airport.
Reservations for these new flight options will be available on December 17, 2014.
