ANA to Supply Cabin Crew With iPads

All Nippon Airways (ANA) is jetting into the 21st century by becoming the first airline to supply all of tis cabin attendants with iPads.

The use of iPads will ensure that staff members will always be able to access the latest information wherever they are. Cabin attendants will be able to acquire knowledge without traveling to training facilities, which will make the training process easier.

In terms of servicing the customer, ANA's new digital manual will use voice recordings, video and other materials to share the knowledge of the employees.
