Travel Impressions has partnered with Tourism Australia to promote the Aussie Specialist Program by providing travel agents who become Aussie Specialists with a $150 booking incentive in the form on an American Express Gift Cheque for air/land reservations (minimum of seven nights) booked by March 31, 2011 for travel through Dec. 31, 2011.
Travel agents can become an Aussie Specialist by registering at www.aussiespecialist.com and completing the four core modules and scoring at least an 85 percent on the final quiz. The Aussie Specialist Program, created and managed by Tourism Australia in conjunction with the nation’s eight State and Territory Tourism Organizations, is an innovative online course designed to enhance a travel agent’s knowledge of Australia so the product could be sold more effectively to clients.
Once agents have become Aussie Specialists, they are eligible for the Travel Impressions booking bonus which provides a $150 American Express Gift Cheque for each air/land reservation (minimum of seven nights) that is booked by March 31, 2011 for travel through Dec. 31, 2011.
The redemption form for the Aussie Specialist $150 American Express Gift Cheque incentive can be found online in the “Bonuses & Incentives” section of Quest for Agents via www.travelimpressions.com. As an added incentive for booking Australia, travel agents earn a 1 percent commission bonus for all Australia reservations (no minimum stay required) made through Travel Impressions’ reservations department - 1-800-284-0044.
