The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism is launching an "escape from everyday life" campaign, entitled "Bahamavention." The campaign breaks nationwide on December 11. Bahamavention is a new, fully integrated national branding effort. A recent study by the University of Leicester in central England ranked the Bahamas among the happiest places in the world in terms of health provision, wealth and education. A Bahamavention is defined as an action taken by concerned friends or family members to get a loved one the help only a vacation to the Bahamas can give.
