Las Vegas’ Bellagio Hotel and Executive Chef Edmund Wong will be hosting an Interactive Beer & BBQ Luncheon on the Monet Patio at the hotel’s Epicurean Epicenter. On Saturday June 20 at noon, guests will have the chance to learn grilling tips and techniques while pairing their meals with an exclusive selection of craft beers chosen by Mixologist Ricardo Murcia.
Beginning with a cocktail reception with hand-crafted hors d’oeuvres, guests will taste a selection of lobster, chicken, chorizo, and vegetarian plates. After, guests will get a chance to try Murcia’s Illusive cocktail.
The Luncheon’s main course will include Crispy Pork Shank paired with a Belgium Sour Red Ale; Dry Aged Double Chop Tomahawk paired with Cellar Aged Vintage Alaskan Smoked Porter; and Frankfurters and Hot Links paired with Firestone Walker Pivo Hoppy Pils. For dessert, guests will enjoy warm apple pockets served with Angry Orchard Iceman Hard Ice Cider.
