Bermuda has partnered with the Golf Channel’s GolfNow.com, one of the largest online tee time retailers in the world, to offer clients a fast and easy way to book their next island golf excursion.
Users can customize their Bermudian golf getaway by selecting tee times from the island’s scenic and challenging championship-caliber golf courses.
With GolfNow.com/Bermuda, travelers can book game reservations through web, e-mail or iPhone mobile app at six of the island’s top courses. These courses include: Belmont Hills Golf Club, Fairmont Southampton Golf Club, Ocean View Golf Course, Port Royal Golf Course, Riddell’s Bay Golf and Country Club, and Tucker’s Point Golf Club.
Long known as one of the world’s premier golf destinations, Bermuda is also home to the PGA Grand Slam of Golf, which will take place Oct. 22-24, at Port Royal Golf Course in Southampton.
As the sport’s most exclusive tournament, the PGA Grand Slam includes winners of the past year’s four major men’s golf championships: The Masters, the U.S. Open, the British Open, and the PGA Championship. The event will be hosted by the Bermuda Department of Tourism, Port Royal Golf Course and the Fairmont Southampton Hotel.
Other golf events on-island include the Seniors Golf Tournament and Couples Golf Tournament, both held in February, and Ladies Pro-Am Golf Classic held in March.
