Millennial fans of the SLS lifestyle hotel brand will have a new option to check out soon, as a new SLS Hotel is under development in Washington, D.C. The SLS Lux Hotel will have 198 guestrooms and 59 SLS-branded condominiums, and is aiming to open in 2019.
The new hotel will have spa and dining facilities, as well as executive meeting spaces. A pool is planned for the hotel but not finalized.
