For the first time, luxury rail line Rocky Mountaineer is launching a rail route that departs from the U.S. Dubbed the Coastal Passage route, it will connect Seattle, WA with the Canadian Rockies.
Onboard, Rocky Mountaineer will offer the rail line’s GoldLeaf Service, as well as a bi-level custom designed dome coach for panoramic views, gourmet cuisine in a private dining room and personalized service from Rocky Mountaineer Hosts.
The route will be available August 24 and 25, 2013, both northbound and southbound, with packages for stays in Seattle, Vancouver and Banff or Jasper, AB.
