Celebrity Cruises and Boston College Athletics entered into a partnership brokered by Fenway Sports Management (FSM), where Celebrity Cruises will now be recognized as the "Official Cruise Line of the Boston College Eagles." As part if the partnership, the line is inviting the Boston College community to cruise Alaska with Doug Flutie, Boston College alumnus, football star and media personality.
Setting sail on Aug. 7, 2015, Celebrity Solstice will host Boston College alumni and fans, offering them the opportunity to mingle with Flutie as they explore Alaska. The seven-night BC Eagles Cruise will depart from Seattle, Wash., and make stops in Alaska, including: Ketchikan, Tracy Army Fjord, Juneau, Skagway, Alaska's Inside Passage and Victoria, British Columbia. The cruise includes events onboard for BC affiliates, meet and greet opportunities with Flutie, a $50 on-board credit and a Classic Beverage Package for two.
