College Park, GA, is getting a new luxury boutique hotel for Millennial travelers.
The new boutique property will be know as ThePad on Harvard, located between Harvard and Princeton avenues in the city. Air Realty is partnering with HJ Russell & Company to develop the 136-room hotel next to the MARTA train station.
The property was designed by the Niles Bolton Associates team of Lester Love and Andres Rubio with interiors by DesignONE, and will add more than 25,000 square feet of retail to the site. Construction is expected to begin in the next six to nine months.
