ABC Global Services has announced the availability of ABC Global CommissionPro, a solution to help TMC’s and travel agencies maximize commission collection.
ABC Global CommissionPro tracks and reconciles hotel commissions owed to agents, and whenever a commission goes unpaid for 90 days, the service automatically chases the hotel on the agency’s behalf. It successfully collects those unpaid commissions 97 percent of the time, and hotels pay them directly to agency, with no intermediary, the company reports.

Clients pay only on a contingency basis, ABC says. Clients pay nothing for the tracking and reconciliation of commissions that hotels pay within 90 days, and they pay only for those commissions that ABC successfully chases down after that window.

ABC Global CommissionPro provides reporting to its clients. Through a dedicated online portal, clients have access 24/7 to their commission status, robust analytics and more than a dozen standard reports. ABC can also provide customize reporting based on clients needs. ABC Global CommissionPro also can manage car rental commissions in addition to hotel commissions.
ABC says it now provides services for nearly 8,000 agency locations of all sizes, covering 76 countries around the world.
