ABC Global CommissionPro tracks and reconciles hotel commissions owed to agents, and whenever a commission goes unpaid for 90 days, the service automatically chases the hotel on the agency’s behalf. It successfully collects those unpaid commissions 97 percent of the time, and hotels pay them directly to agency, with no intermediary, the company reports.

Clients pay only on a contingency basis, ABC says. Clients pay nothing for the tracking and reconciliation of commissions that hotels pay within 90 days, and they pay only for those commissions that ABC successfully chases down after that window.
