American Cruise Lines Announces Holiday Itineraries

American Cruise Lines has announced its holiday cruises available for the upcoming 2019 season.

The season will begin with Thanksgiving cruises launching in November, but it extends to other holidays. Spirit of the Season, Christmas, and New Year’s theme cruises are available along the lower Mississippi River and the Southeast Coast between Charleston, South Carolina and Florida. American also offers an 11-day Colonial Christmas Cruise over both Christmas and New Year’s, which travels along the Line’s American Revolution itinerary in Chesapeake Bay (Round-Trip from Baltimore), taking cruisers inside Washington, D.C. on the Capital’s Southwest waterfront—an ideal passage for the history buff.

Holiday décor, holiday meals, cocktail parties, and seasonally inspired events both on board and on shore compliment the voyages. Many of American’s holiday-themed cruises include complimentary pre-cruise hotel and transportation to the ship or complimentary pre-cruise night on board. Savings of up to $2000 per stateroom are still available on select holiday cruise dates.
