Tall ship sailing specialist Star Clippers has announced that it is bringing back Captain Klaus Muller as a guest speaker aboard three of its Mediterranean cruises this summer.
The retired captain will return to speak aboard the Star Flyer on three Balearics sailings from Palma, Mallorca, on July 11, 18 and 25. Topics will include celestial navigation, the history of sailing, the Vikings, waves and tsunamis, and the challenges of sailing big ships today.
Weekly rates for the sailings start at $2,860 per person, and include full board on the ship, entertainment and all talks.
Other themed cruises available from Star Clippers include history lectures by Columbus specialist Dr. Walter ‘Joe’ Shaw, as well as seven yoga-themed sailings escorted by experienced instructors.
