The cruise ship Celebration's propeller hit the sea floor Wednesday, causing damage to the ship as it docked in the Bahamas, the Associated Press reports. According to a Carnival Cruise Lines spokeswoman, the cruise ship altered its itinerary, forgoing a stop in Nassau, and instead returned to its homeport in Jacksonville, FL. The ship spilled an estimated 53 gallons of lubricating oil into the water, spokeswoman Jennifer de la Cruz said in an e-mail from the company's headquarters in Miami.
