Carnival Corp. Confirms Talks with TUI AG

Cruise operator Carnival Corp. on Monday confirmed it is in talks with European tour operator TUI AG, but would not disclose specifics of the discussion, the Boston Globe reports. The company however, did say speculation of talks involving exclusive TUI-distribution of its cruise products are not true, and that Carnival is "completely satisfied" with its current method of distribution. Further details on the discussion between Carnival and TUI will be released if an agreement can be reached.
