As of July 6, Carnival Cruise Lines' Carnival Glory has earned two perfect scores on shipboard health inspections in two consecutive weeks.

The first inspection was a U.S. Public Health Inspection in New York that was held last week, and on July 6 Health Canada awarded the Carnival Glory its second perfect score.

The 2,974-passenger vessel received 100% marks for sanitation, adherence to proper food handling codes, preparation and storage procedures, overall galley cleanliness, and an evaluation of the ship’s potable water supplies used in spas and pools. The inspections are unannounced, and are mandatory for any cruise ship with an international itinerary calling at a Canadian port.

The Carnival Glory currently operates four to seven-day Canada and New England voyages, which will continue through October where it will then reposition to Miami for a winter schedule of week-long Caribbean sailings.
