Carnival Names New Vice President of Customer Marketing

Carnival Cruise Lines has named Rob Borden vice president of customer marketing.

In his new role, Borden will oversee the company's direct and email marketing put in place to increase ticket and onboard revenues. He is also in charge of Carnival's customer loyalty programs, including the company's co-branded credit card.

Previously Borden has held executive roles at Microsoft Corporation and Delta Airlines. Before joining Carnival he served as chief marketing officer for Points International.
