Carnival's Sales Force Honored

Carnival Cruise Lines' field sales force and group sales department has been claimed the "best of the best" by CruiseOne/Cruises, a travel agent consortia made up of U.S. and Canadian travel agencies. It's the ninth time in 10 years that the group has received the distinction. The awards were based on a survey of hundreds of CruiseOne/Cruises members and Carnival received more first place votes than any other cruise line. "Travel agents are a vital part of our distribution system and for our business development managers to be recognized serves to validate our intensive efforts at serving the agent community," said Maurice Zarmati, Carnival's vice president of sales.
