Carnival Updates eCollateral Library

Carnival Cruise Lines has updated its travel agent internet portal, eCollateral Library with a selection of new enhancements. The site’s updates were based on travel agent feedback.

The portal (located at now features a selection of electronic flyers, brochures, deck plans and web banners that travel agents will be able to use as marketing materials. 

Enhancements include 400 new flyers travel agents may customize to their needs, updated information for destination and group flyers, including itinerary deployments through spring 2016, as well as refreshed content and images. Ship flyers will have a revised layout that features more product-focused images and a new space for a customized travel agent message. Customization fields were also added to eBrochures and deck plans and web banners were also updated.

In addition, the Fun eCollateral Library will be able to create specific banners for each carnival sales promotion, which provides travel agents with an added marketing feature to use on their website.
