Celebrity Offers First-Ever Celebrity Cruise Golf Classic Getaway Cruise

Celebrity Cruises announced its new alliance as “Official Cruise Line of The Barclays 2013 Golf Tournament,” being held Aug. 20-25, 2013, at Liberty National, Jersey City, N.J. Aligning with the event as its “Official Cruise Line,” Celebrity is pairing its modern vacations with the sport of golf, and in 2014 will offer the first-ever Celebrity Cruises Golf Classic Getaway, offering two seven-night vacations for two, sailing either to the Caribbean or Bermuda and including destination golf courses and pro instructors.

On-site at Liberty National, Celebrity Cruises will be on-hand explaining the two brand-new golf Classic Getaways to Bermuda and the Caribbean.  There will also be several golf-themed promotions in conjunction with TOURAcademy taking place within the walls of Celebrity’s VIP tent.

According to Travis Velichko, EVP, TOURAcademy, there are two Celebrity Cruises Golf Classic Getaways itineraries to choose from.

Each Celebrity Cruises Golf Classic Getaway package includes:

·        Seven-night cruise on Celebrity Reflection with private veranda accommodations, sailing Jan. 25, 2014 or a seven-night cruise on Celebrity Summit with private veranda accommodations, sailing June 1, 2014.

·        Meals and entertainment on board (excludes on board specialty dining restaurants)

·        Private lectures and golf instruction provided by TOURAcademy instructors

·        Meet-n-greet Cocktail Party on board
