Compagnie du Ponant has appointed Clem Galindo as the director of corporate and incentive sales for the North American sales office in Miami. He will work with clients and travel planners to book meetings, incentive trips and custom charters for up to 264 guests on the cruise line's four sleek vessels.

Galindo comes to Compagnie du Ponant with over 20 years in the cruise industry. Before joining Compagnie du Ponant, Galindo was manager, corporate and incentive sales, with Royal Caribbean International, responsible for overseeing the execution of sales and incentive house accounts, exceeding goals year over year with key clients. Prior to this, he served as director of incentive sales for Atlantis, The Cove, an all-suite hotel that is part of Kerzner International Resorts. Galindo began his career specializing in the Incentive sales market with Royal Caribbean International, holding various management positions during 17 years with the company.
