Cruise Planners/American Express was named a Platinum Circle member by Viking River Cruises, identifying the home-based travel agent franchise network as one of Viking’s very best sales producers.
“Cruise Planners has directed many of their clients to our river cruising destinations, and seeing satisfied customers return to Viking through Cruise Planners has shown us they want to treat their clients to quality, adventurous and scenic river cruises,” said Michele Saegesser, vice president of sales for Viking River Cruises. “The Platinum Circle agents know the support and commitment from Viking and that they can rely on very happy customers returning from their trips.”
In March, Cruise Planners and other agencies recognized as Platinum Circle members were rewarded with a private, first-class charter cruise in Europe on the new Viking Legend. The exclusive cruise took 100 guests through Amsterdam and into the surrounding waterways winding through cities such as Kinderdijk, Gouda and Hoorn.
